The word of God continued to spread; the number of the disciples increased/وكَانَتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱللهِ تَنْمُو، وعَدَدُ ٱلتَّلامِيذِ يَتَكَاثَرُ جِدًّا فِي أُورَشَلِيم، وجَمْعٌ كَثِيرٌ مِنَ ٱلكَهَنَةِ يَنْقَادُونَ لِلإِيْمَان

رُوحُ الحَقِّ سوف يَقُودُ خُطَاكُم في الحَقِّ كُلِّهِ، لأَنَّهُ لا يَتَكَلَّمُ بِشَيءٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ، بَلْ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِكُلِّ مَا يَسْمَع، ويُنْبِئُكُم بِمَا سَيَأْتِي. وهُوَ سَوْفَ يُمَجِّدُنِي لأَنًّهُ سَيَأْخُذُ مِمَّا لي ويُنْبِئُكُم بِهِ.
إنجيل القدّيس يوحنّا16/من12حتى15/:قالَ الربُّ يَسوعُ لِتَلاميذِه: «لَدَيَّ أُمُورٌ كَثِيرَةٌ أَيْضًا أَقُولُهَا لَكُم، ولكِنَّكُم لا تَقْدِرُونَ الآنَ أَنْ تَحْتَمِلُوهَا. ومَتَى جَاءَ رُوحُ الحَقِّ فَهُوَ يَقُودُ خُطَاكُم في الحَقِّ كُلِّهِ، لأَنَّهُ لا يَتَكَلَّمُ بِشَيءٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ، بَلْ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِكُلِّ مَا يَسْمَع، ويُنْبِئُكُم بِمَا سَيَأْتِي. وهُوَ سَوْفَ يُمَجِّدُنِي لأَنًّهُ سَيَأْخُذُ مِمَّا لي ويُنْبِئُكُم بِهِ. كُلُّ مَا لِلآبِ هُوَ لي. لِهذَا قُلْتُ: إِنَّهُ يَأْخُذُ مِمَّا لي ويُنْبِئُكُم بِهِ.”

سفر أعمال الرسل06/من01حتى12/:”يا إِخْوَتي، كَانَ عَدَدُ ٱلتَّلامِيذِ يَتَكَاثَر، فَأَخَذَ ٱلهِلِّينِيُّونَ يَتَذَمَّرُونَ عَلى ٱلعِبرانِيِّين، لأَنَّ أَرَامِلَهُم كُنَّ يُهْمَلْنَ في ٱلخِدْمَةِ ٱليَومِيَّة. فَدَعَا ٱلٱثْنَا عَشَرَ جُمْهُورَ ٱلتَّلامِيذِ وقَالُوا: «لا يَحْسُنُ بِنَا أَنْ نَتْرُكَ كَلِمَةَ ٱللهِ لِنَخْدُمَ ٱلمَوَائِد. فَٱبْحَثُوا إِذًا، أَيُّهَا ٱلإِخْوَة، عَنْ سَبْعَةِ رِجَالٍ مِنْكُم مَشْهُودٍ لَهُم، مُمْتَلِئينَ مِنَ ٱلرُّوحِ وٱلحِكْمَة، فَنُقِيمَهُم عَلى هذِهِ ٱلحَاجَة، ونُواظِبَ نَحْنُ عَلى ٱلصَّلاةِ وَخِدْمَةِ ٱلكَلِمَة. وحَسُنَ هذَا ٱلكَلامُ لَدَى ٱلجُمهُورِ كُلِّهِ، فَٱخْتَارُوا إِسْطِفَانُس، وهُوَ رَجُلٌ مُمْتَلِئٌ مِنَ ٱلإِيْمَانِ وٱلرُّوحِ ٱلقُدُس، وفِيلِبُّس، وبْرُوخُس، ونِيقَانُور، وطِيمُون، وبَرْمِنَاس، ونِيقُولاوُس وهُوَ إِنطَاكِيٌّ مُهْتَدٍ إِلى ٱليَهُودِيَّة. وأَقَامُوهُم أَمَامَ ٱلرُّسُل، فَصَلَّوا وَوَضَعُوا عَلَيْهِم ٱلأَيْدِي. وكَانَتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱللهِ تَنْمُو، وعَدَدُ ٱلتَّلامِيذِ يَتَكَاثَرُ جِدًّا فِي أُورَشَلِيم، وجَمْعٌ كَثِيرٌ مِنَ ٱلكَهَنَةِ يَنْقَادُونَ لِلإِيْمَان. وكَانَ إِسْطِفَانُس، وهُوَ مُمْتَلِئٌ مِنَ ٱلنِّعْمَةِ وٱلقُدْرَة، يَصْنَعُ عَجَائِبَ وآيَاتٍ عَظِيمَةً بَينَ ٱلشَّعْب. فقَامَ أُنَاسٌ مِنَ ٱلمَجْمَعِ ٱلمَعْرُوفِ بِمَجْمَعِ ٱلمُعْتَقِين، ومِنْ سُكَّانِ قَيرَوان، والإِسكَندريَّة، وآخَرُونَ مِنْ قِيلِيقِيَةَ وآسِيَا. وأَخَذُوا يُجَادِلُونَ إِسْطِفَانُس. فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ يُقَاوِمُوا ٱلحِكْمَةَ وٱلرُّوحَ ٱلَّذِي بِهِ كَانَ يَتَكَلَّم. حِينَئِذٍ دَسُّوا رِجالاً يَقُولُون: «إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَاهُ يَتَكلَّمُ بِأَقْوَالِ تَجْدِيفٍ عَلى مُوسَى وعَلى ٱلله». وأَثَارُوا ٱلشَّعْبَ وٱلشُّيُوخَ وٱلكَتَبَة، وبَاغَتُوهُ فَٱخْتَطَفُوه، وسَاقُوهُ إِلى ٱلمَجْلِس”

Spirit of truth will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John 16/12-15:”‘I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, because he will take what is mine and declare it to you.All that the Father has is mine. For this reason I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.”

The word of God continued to spread; the number of the disciples increased greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith.
Acts of the Apostles 06/01-12:”Now during those days, when the disciples were increasing in number, the Hellenists complained against the Hebrews because their widows were being neglected in the daily distribution of food. And the twelve called together the whole community of the disciples and said, ‘It is not right that we should neglect the word of God in order to wait at tables. Therefore, friends, select from among yourselves seven men of good standing, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we may appoint to this task, while we, for our part, will devote ourselves to prayer and to serving the word.’ What they said pleased the whole community, and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit, together with Philip, Prochorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolaus, a proselyte of Antioch. They had these men stand before the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them. The word of God continued to spread; the number of the disciples increased greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith. Stephen, full of grace and power, did great wonders and signs among the people. Then some of those who belonged to the synagogue of the Freedmen (as it was called), Cyrenians, Alexandrians, and others of those from Cilicia and Asia, stood up and argued with Stephen. But they could not withstand the wisdom and the Spirit with which he spoke. Then they secretly instigated some men to say, ‘We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God.’They stirred up the people as well as the elders and the scribes; then they suddenly confronted him, seized him, and brought him before the council.”
