إنجيل القدّيس متّى13/من10حتى17/:”دَنَا التَّلامِيْذُ مِنْ يَسُوعَ فَقَالُوا لَهُ: «لِمَاذَا تُكَلِّمُهُم بِالأَمْثَال؟». فأَجَابَ وقَالَ لَهُم: «قَدْ أُعْطِيَ لَكُم أَنْتُم أَنْ تَعْرِفُوا أَسْرَارَ مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَات، أَمَّا أُولئِكَ فَلَمْ يُعْطَ لَهُم. فَمَنْ لَهُ يُعْطَى ويُزَاد. ومَنْ لَيْسَ لَهُ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُ حَتَّى مَا هُوَ لَهُ. لِذلِكَ أُكَلِّمُهُم بِالأَمْثَال، لأَنَّهُم وإِنْ كانُوا نَاظِريْنَ فَهُم لا يَنْظُرُون، وإِنْ كَانُوا سَامِعينَ فَهُم لا يَسْمَعُونَ ولا يَفْهَمُون. وفِيْهِم تَتِمُّ نُبُوءَةُ آشَعْيا القَائِل: تَسْمَعُونَ سَمْعًا ولا تَفْهَمُون، وتَنْظُرُونَ نَظَرًا ولا تَرَوْن. قَدْ غَلُظَ قَلْبُ هذَا الشَّعْب: ثَقَّلُوا آذَانَهُم، وأَغْمَضُوا عُيُونَهُم، لِئَلاَّ يَرَوا بِعُيُونِهِم، ويَسْمَعُوا بِآذَانِهِم، ويَفْهَمُوا بِقُلُوبِهِم، ويَتُوبُوا فَأَشْفِيَهُم. أَمَّا أَنْتُم فَطُوبَى لِعُيُونِكُم لأَنَّهَا تَنْظُر، ولآذَانِكُم لأَنَّها تَسْمَع! فَٱلحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: أَنْبِيَاءُ وأَبْرَارٌ كَثِيْرُونَ ٱشْتَهَوا أَنْ يَرَوا مَا تَنْظُرُونَ فَلَمْ يَرَوا، وأَنْ يَسْمَعُوا مَا تَسْمَعُونَ فَلَمْ يَسْمَعُوا!”.

أَوَمَا تَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ جَسَدَكُم هُوَ هَيْكَلٌ لِلرُّوحِ القُدُسِ السَّاكِنِ فِيكُم، وقَدْ قَبِلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الله؟ وأَنَّكُم لَسْتُم لأَنْفُسِكُم؟ لأَنَّكُم قَدِ ٱشْتُرِيتُم بِثَمَنٍ كَرِيم! فَمَجِّدُوا اللهَ في جَسَدِكُم”.
رسالة القدّيس بولس الأولى إلى أهل قورنتس06/من12حتى16/:”يا إِخوَتِي، هُنَاكَ مَنْ يَقُول: «كُلُّ شَيءٍ مُبَاحٌ لِي!». فَأُجِيب: ولكِنْ لَيْسَ كُلُّ شَيءٍ يَنْفَع! «كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مُبَاحٌ لِي!». ولكِنِّي لَنْ أَدَعَ شَيْئًا يَتَسَلَّطُ عَلَيَّ! أَلطَّعَامُ لِلبَطْن، والبَطْنُ لِلطَّعَام، لكِنَّ اللهَ سَيُبيدُ كِلَيْهِمَا. أَمَّا الجَسَدُ فَلَيْسَ لِلزِّنَى، بَلْ لِلرَّبِّ، والرَّبُّ لِلجَسَد! فَاللهُ قَدْ أَقَامَ الرَّبّ، وسَيُقِيمُنَا نَحْنُ أَيْضًا بِقُدْرَتِهِ. أَمَا تَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ أَجْسَادَكُم هيَ أَعْضَاءٌ لِلمَسِيح؟ فَهَل أَنْزِعُ أَعْضَاءَ المَسِيحِ وأَجْعَلُهَا أَعْضَاءً لِزَانِيَة؟ حَاشَا! أَوَمَا تَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ مَنْ يَتَّحِدُ بِزَانِيَةٍ يَصِيرُ وإِيَّاهَا جَسَدًا وَاحِدًا؟ لأَنَّ الكِتَابَ يَقُول: «يَصِيرانِ كِلاهُمَا جَسَدًا واحِدًا». أَمَّا مَنْ يَتَّحِدُ بِالرَّبِّ فَيَصِيرُ وإِيَّاهُ رُوحًا وَاحِدًا. أُهْرُبُوا مِنَ الزِّنَى! فَكُلُّ خَطيئَةٍ يَرْتَكِبُهَا الإِنْسَانُ هِيَ خَارِجَةٌ عَنْ جَسَدِهِ، أَمَّا الزَّانِي فَيَخْطَأُ إِلى جَسَدِهِ الخَاصّ. أَوَمَا تَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ جَسَدَكُم هُوَ هَيْكَلٌ لِلرُّوحِ القُدُسِ السَّاكِنِ فِيكُم، وقَدْ قَبِلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الله؟ وأَنَّكُم لَسْتُم لأَنْفُسِكُم؟ لأَنَّكُم قَدِ ٱشْتُرِيتُم بِثَمَنٍ كَرِيم! فَمَجِّدُوا اللهَ في جَسَدِكُم”.

For to those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away.
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 13/10-17/:”Then the disciples came and asked Jesus, ‘Why do you speak to them in parables?’He answered, ‘To you it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For to those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away. The reason I speak to them in parables is that “seeing they do not perceive, and hearing they do not listen, nor do they understand.” With them indeed is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah that says: “You will indeed listen, but never understand, and you will indeed look, but never perceive. For this people’s heart has grown dull, and their ears are hard of hearing,and they have shut their eyes;so that they might not look with their eyes, and listen with their ears, and understand with their heart and turn and I would heal them.”
But blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for they hear. Truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear “

First Letter to the Corinthians 06/12-20/:”‘All things are lawful for me’, but not all things are beneficial. ‘All things are lawful for me’, but I will not be dominated by anything. ‘Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food’, and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is meant not for fornication but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God raised the Lord and will also raise us by his power. Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Should I therefore take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! Do you not know that whoever is united to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For it is said, ‘The two shall be one flesh.’But anyone united to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. Shun fornication! Every sin that a person commits is outside the body; but the fornicator sins against the body itself. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body.”
